That was a blast!
Trout & Salmon Magazine’s very first Spring Gathering, which took place on 28th and 29th March 2026, was a real treat! Smiling faces was the theme of the weekend, with brilliant films, presentations, fly tying and casting demonstrations, plus fishing demos right on the river. If it’s back next year, do grab your tickets quickly!
What set this event apart was the amazing venue – The Fox and Hounds Country Hotel. Attendees used this great hotel for accommodation, which let us share dinner in the evening, with each table giving guests a chance to ask questions or just have a good chinwag about all things fly fishing.
To the wonderful guests, the amazing hotel, and of course, Trout & Salmon, thank you so much for a wonderful weekend!
