Penultimate Gwent Angling Casting Clinic

Gwent Angling Society Casting Clinics

Well folks, the casting clinics have flown by! They’ve been fantastic fun with everyone loving the casting! With only two more clinics scheduled it’s time to make the most of it, so if you’ve not had to chance to get to one of this year’s clinics yet but still fancy giving them a go, now is the time to get in quick!

We will be holding the LAST TWO clinics of the year on Monday 1st August and Monday 8th August.

The penultimate clinic (taking place on Monday the 1st August) will be focussing on single-handed spey casting techniques, so remember to bring your waders as we’ll be down on the water. This fantastic range of practical fishing casts will provide you with a solid foundation of skills which will enable you to fish any type of running water more proficiently. Ever experience those harsh/dangerous down/up-stream winds, or maybe you have no room behind you for a back-cast? Then these are the casts you need to learn and arm yourself with in order to become a more proficient caster.

If you’ve not been to a clinic before but would like to express your interest, please register yourself a place by visiting the Gwent Angling Society website by clicking here.

If you need any further information, either drop me an email via my Contact page or via the Gwent Angling Society website above.

See you on the water!
